About the Role

TELUS International AI Community is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and involves completing tasks using a web-based evaluation tool. The role is a long-term project with a focus on evaluating digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcast, and home pod evaluations within various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No previous professional experience is required for this role.
• Candidates must pass basic requirements and a standard assessment process.
• Successful completion of an open-book qualification exam is necessary to determine suitability for the position.
• Completion of ID verification is required.
• The exam must be completed within a specific timeframe, at the candidate's convenience.

Assessment Process

Candidates will receive guidelines and learning materials prior to the qualification exam. The exam is designed to assess suitability for the role. Work on this project will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement.
