About the Role

This position is for a Paid Online Retail & Marketplace Ops Specialist based in Saudi Arabia, working with a partner company that manages all application processes. The role focuses on optimizing paid retail media campaigns and ensuring operational efficiency across online marketplaces.

Core Responsibilities

The Paid Online Retail & Marketplace Ops Specialist will be responsible for driving advertising efficiency through data-driven optimization of PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and performance budgets. This role combines hands-on campaign management with marketplace operations, including catalog accuracy, pricing, compliance, and inventory alignment. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams is essential to ensure advertising strategies support broader e-commerce objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing retail media advertising campaigns across various marketplaces, utilizing formats such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, display, and video.
  • Managing end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, content updates, keyword optimization, pricing adjustments, compliance checks, and inventory alignment.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS), and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and merchandising, to align paid media strategies with overall e-commerce goals.
  • Generating regular performance reports and dashboards to track ad spend, Return on Investment (ROI), and operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting listing and campaign issues within seller platforms and ensuring smooth operational execution across multiple marketplaces.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing retail media or e-commerce advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Wayfair, Home Depot Retail Media, or similar.
  • A strong understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) structures, including keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budget management, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with marketplace backend systems, such as Wayfair Partner Home, Mirakl-based platforms, or equivalent seller tools.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using reporting dashboards for performance optimization.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage product catalogs, listings, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Details and Preferences

This is a full-time position located in Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work within the CST time zone. Experience in agency environments or managing multiple brands is considered a plus.
