Role Overview

The Presales Expert (Mining & Minerals) supports business opportunities by developing practical and commercially viable digital solutions across the entire mining value chain. This individual contributor role involves close collaboration with business development, product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the presales lifecycle. The position focuses on leveraging mining domain expertise to address customer operational challenges through digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support opportunity qualification by understanding and documenting mining operational requirements.
• Translate operational requirements into practical and commercially viable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, product, engineering, and delivery.
• Lead solution design efforts for digital transformations within the mining sector.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and engage in customer presentations.
• Provide mining domain expertise to support business growth and solution development.
• Help customers address operational challenges using digital technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of mining operations, encompassing exploration, mine operations, mineral processing, and asset management.
• Demonstrated solution consulting capabilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
