About the Role

Agility is seeking a Project Manager - Agility Logistics Services to serve as the central point for its operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across Agility's global portfolio, bridging the gap between high-level government engagements and operational execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a single source of truth for the project pipeline and managing complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem.

Role Context and Impact

This position is critical for ensuring that leadership receives data-driven insights necessary for making informed decisions. The Project Manager acts as a key facilitator, ensuring that all regional projects are monitored effectively and that strategic objectives are met through diligent follow-up and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel to manage the pipeline and opportunities.
• Monitor the status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Track engagements with key KSA entities, document next actions, and ensure all follow-ups are completed.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met, acting as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
• Proactively identify and flag potential delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in using tools like Power BI or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
