Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance with established cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for changes or additional works.
• Assist in the management of claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report any deviations from budget.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and provide support for contract administration tasks.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
