Jumeirah is seeking a Reservations Assistant Manager to join the team at Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open to Saudi National Talent and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Reservations Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the reservations department operates efficiently and meets its key performance indicators. This involves collaborating with various hotel teams to optimize revenue and guest experience, while also overseeing daily operational tasks and addressing any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance in alignment with Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
• Supervise and ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a reservations or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise daily operations within a reservations department.
• Experience in collaborating with sales, revenue, and hotel operations teams.
