About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee the daily reservations operations for its hotels. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on managing reservation processes to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group bookings, corporate rates, and special events effectively.
  • Manage third-party channels, including negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of reservation procedures to maximize conversion.
  • Generate and review key performance reports, such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
  • Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a productive work environment.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex reservation systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in revenue management and occupancy optimization strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with sales, events, and third-party partners.
  • Analytical skills for generating and interpreting performance reports and forecasts.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and develop a team.
