Retail Attendant (Saudi National)

About the Role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Retail Attendant (Saudi National) to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across all Miraval retail outlets. The Retail Attendant combines guest-facing sales responsibilities with inventory, warehouse, administrative, and merchandising duties, supporting all aspects of the retail operation from assisting guests on the sales floor to processing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and assist guests, providing knowledgeable product recommendations and supporting product education.
• Utilize upselling and suggestive selling techniques to achieve sales goals and communicate current promotions and new products.
• Operate a computerized POS system, processing cash, credit card, and room charge transactions, and managing daily sales reports.
• Maintain store appearance to high visual presentation standards, restocking sales floors and organizing stockrooms.
• Receive, check in, price, and process all retail merchandise, entering data into the inventory system.
• Organize and maintain the retail warehouse, including recycling and stocking packing materials, and delivering stock to retail outlets.
• Lead or assist with physical inventory counts and regular audits, supporting retail leadership with inventory accuracy.
• Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings, maintaining confidentiality and a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional service skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system and handle various transaction types.
• Capable of managing inventory, including receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise.
