Sales Supervisor

About the Role

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing retail sales operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the region. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals.
• Meet with key clients, support sales teams in relationship management, and facilitate deal negotiation and closure.
• Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volumes, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas.
• Analyze and control retail sales expenditures in the region to align with sales budget requirements.
• Work to reduce customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage communication between retail sales and various organizational entities to estimate customer delivery dates.
• Oversee the preparation of sales contracts and proposals in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage communication between sales teams and the ICT department regarding HHT matters, including updating hand-held devices, providing new devices for salespersons, and resolving issues related to the HHT database and reports.
• Administer retail sales route activities in the region, such as planning new routes, creating new routes, and merging or closing unprofitable routes.
• Supervise the operations of stores and depots in the region, analyze their performance, and conduct periodic site visits.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a related field; experience in bakery or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia or native experience.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies.
• Professional knowledge of sales tools, techniques, and forecasting.

Experience and Location

This role requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time, and the salary will be disclosed during the interview process.
