Sales Supervisor

About the Role

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on overseeing retail sales operations and team performance within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals.
• Meet with key clients, support sales teams in relationship management, and assist in negotiating and closing deals.
• Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volumes, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion.
• Analyze and control retail sales expenditures in the region to align with budget requirements.
• Work to reduce customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage communication between retail sales and various organizational entities to estimate delivery dates for customers.
• Oversee the preparation of sales contracts and proposals in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage communication between sales teams and the ICT department regarding Handheld Terminal (HHT) matters, including device updates, provision of new devices, and handling HHT database and report issues.
• Administer retail sales route activities in the region, such as planning, creating new routes, and merging or closing unprofitable routes.
• Supervise the performance of stores and depots in the region, conducting analysis and periodic site visits.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in accordance with policies and procedures.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a related field. Experience in bakery or FMCG is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies.
• Professional knowledge of sales tools, techniques, and forecasting.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred, or native experience in the field.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on retail sales operations across the Eastern Region.
