Sales Supervisor Role Overview

People, Jobs, and News is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing retail sales operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
• Meet with key clients, assist sales teams with maintaining relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volumes, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas.
• Analyze and control retail sales expenditures in the region to conform to budget requirements.
• Reduce customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage communication between retail sales and various organizational entities to estimate delivery dates for customers.
• Manage sales contracts and proposal preparation in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee communication between sales teams and the ICT department regarding HHT matters, including updating handheld devices, providing new devices for salespersons, and handling issues related to HHT databases and reports.
• Administer retail sales route activities in the region, such as planning, creating new routes, and merging or closing unprofitable routes.
• Supervise the work of stores and depots in the region, analyze their performance, and conduct periodic site visits.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for bakery or FMCG experience. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies.
• Professional knowledge of sales tools, techniques, and forecasting.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
