M&H Saudi Company announces its need for (50-70) commission-based marketers to join its growing team. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or sales is required. Work mechanism and commission The marketer receives a commission of 10% of the total value of each contract they conclude, starting from the first day without a specific profit ceiling. Probation period The probation period extends for three months, during which the marketer works on a commission-only basis. Proof criterion – Weekly target to prove efficiency and move to the fixed salary stage, the marketer is required to close a minimum of two clients per week (*, at least 8 clients per month), continuously for three months. Continuity bonus – Fixed salary Those who achieve the required target for three consecutive months will receive a fixed salary ranging between 5,000 and 7,000 Saudi Riyals per month, in addition to continued commission.
