SAP Functional & Technical Consultant

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a SAP Functional & Technical Consultant to support SAP implementation, transformation, integration, enhancement, and support initiatives. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work with SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba. This position involves collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners to understand business requirements, design SAP solutions, deliver enhancements, and ensure reliable integration and ongoing system performance.

Key Duties

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business and process requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP Ariba solutions as applicable to the role.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in SAP functional and technical consulting. A strong understanding of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba, is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Eram Talent, focusing on SAP initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions.
