HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The SAP Ariba Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions. A strong focus will be placed on SAP Ariba modules and their integration with SAP back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply strong hands-on experience across SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
• Manage supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and lifecycle management processes.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of SAP Business Network / Ariba Commerce and supplier collaboration.
• Configure and integrate RFX, auctions, contracts, catalogs, buying, PO, invoice, and approval processes.
• Utilize strong experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and web services.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and adoption of SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
• Proven expertise in SAP Ariba modules and their integration with SAP back-end systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region.
