About the Role: Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

CodeNinja Inc is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join their team. This full-time role involves leading the configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules within Saudi National Bank's CRM landscape. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM solutioning on Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Field Service.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and solution design documents.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics 365.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on the Dataverse platform.
• Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and core banking/enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Manage data migration activities, utilizing D365 import/export tools, SSIS, or equivalent ETL tools.
• Develop plugins and custom code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript when out-of-box configuration is insufficient.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests.
• Ensure CRM solutions comply with SNB's internal governance and relevant SAMA regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams on test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience for this Senior CRM Consultant role. The position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Experience with Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on Dataverse.
• Knowledge of API and web service integration methods.
• Familiarity with data migration tools (D365 import/export, SSIS, ETL).
• Development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom solutions.
