About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer - PSSE to join their team. This full-time role involves providing expert technical support for MAN vehicle systems, ensuring accurate parts delivery and resolving complex technical issues. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical parts advisory for complex MAN vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electronic components.
• Support workshop technicians and parts counter staff in accurate parts delivery.
• Investigate and resolve escalated parts identification issues, supersession queries, and interchangeability questions by collaborating with MAN AG parts engineering and utilizing advanced catalogue and technical documentation tools.
• Conduct technical parts presentations and training sessions for parts sales teams, workshop staff, and key accounts to promote MAN genuine parts advantages and correct application knowledge.
• Mentor Product Support Engineers by sharing advanced technical knowledge, diagnostic approaches, and MAN best practices to build overall team capability.
• Analyze parts-related technical complaints and return patterns, preparing root cause analysis reports and recommending corrective actions to the Product Support Supervisor and MAN AG parts engineering.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a related field. A strong technical background in vehicle systems, particularly MAN vehicles, is essential. The ability to interpret complex technical documentation and provide effective training is also required.
