Role Overview

Brio Technologies is seeking a dedicated, onsite Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale, strategic Cloud and AI transformation programs. Based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves deploying a unified, AI-driven ecosystem powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrating it with core enterprise operational systems such as ERPs, Information Systems, and Learning/Training Platforms. The Project Manager will provide continuous leadership from project kickoff through to final handover, ensuring stability, seamless execution, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Program Leadership and Execution

• Accountable for overall program governance, including leading steering committee meetings, risk management, and phase-gate reviews.
• Conduct Master Schedule Reviews and maintain ongoing project-level governance and risk tracking throughout all project phases.
• Manage the delivery of large-scale consulting and engineering efforts, executed concurrently by a specialized technical team across distinct implementation phases.
• Develop and present a granular, task-level Microsoft Project (.mpp) plan to the Steering Committee following Onsite Discovery and Business Requirements Document (BRD) finalization.

Stakeholder and Scope Management

• Operate physically onsite at the client’s headquarters during critical Mobilization and Discovery Workshops for each project phase.
• Facilitate face-to-face coordination with various business units and IT departments to accurately map operational workflows before remote engineering begins.
• Manage an execution buffer to accommodate reasonable scope adjustments, such as integrating newly identified AI use cases, without rigid change controls.
• Execute formal Change Request processes for major functional requirements that fundamentally expand the architecture, including complex integrations to financial ERPs or payment gateways.

Technical Delivery Oversight

• Accountable for Discovery, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and the Cloud Foundation Build.
• Oversee the deployment of the Data Fabric, general API onboarding, and deep integrations with internal systems and Document AI pipelines.
• Drive the successful rollout of Digital Assistant MVPs, custom SaaS workspaces, and Machine Learning Model prototypes.
• Ensure comprehensive Knowledge Transfer and Training for the client's staff, managing the formal operational handover to internal Operations and Support teams.

Quality Assurance and Financial Management

• Responsible for leading and governing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all project phases and domains.
• Manage project financials, milestone tracking, and invoicing.
• Ensure phase-based invoices are issued only upon successful completion of UAT and the client's formal sign-off on deliverables for that phase.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with large-scale Cloud and AI transformation initiatives. A proven track record in leading complex technical deployments and managing diverse stakeholder groups is essential for this role.
