This full-time position encompasses a 360° recruitment approach, with a primary focus on strategic business development, client acquisition, and the successful delivery of high-quality recruitment assignments across various sectors in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a dedicated client portfolio within Saudi Arabia.
• Cultivate relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Generate new recruitment mandates and negotiate service terms.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Establish robust candidate networks and develop expertise in the Saudi recruitment market.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are required to possess 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment. This includes a demonstrated track record in 360° recruitment, with particular emphasis on successful business development, client acquisition, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
