The Role of Senior Superintendent

Worley is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading and supervising all site construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Senior Superintendent will coordinate various aspects of construction, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
  • Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
  • Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
  • Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise construction activities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, progress monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
  • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Experience in resolving construction issues and coordinating with various project stakeholders.
  • Skills in managing resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
