The Role of Sous Chef, All-Day Dining

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the All-Day Dining team. This full-time role is central to maintaining consistent, high-quality dining experiences that reflect the resort's wellness philosophy. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure efficient kitchen operations and uphold standards in food preparation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and guide a multicultural team within a high-volume, wellness-focused environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage kitchen documentation, including inventory, production planning, and daily reports.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture through clear communication and mentorship.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background in international cuisine.
• Demonstrated culinary expertise, leadership ability, and operational efficiency.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
