Spa Supervisor

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the management team in various capacities. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent information.
• Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest details and scheduled treatments prior to service commencement.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of last-minute changes or additions and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information, and protection of company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and develop/implement quality improvement or corrective action plans.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is essential for this role.
• No prior supervisory experience is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the spa operations team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in the Red Sea. The role requires active participation in daily spa functions and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
