Spa Supervisor

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and ensure high standards of service. This full-time role involves advising employees, managing schedules, and promoting spa services, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent details.
• Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest names and scheduled treatments prior to service.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of last-minute changes and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.

Operational Support and Leadership

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and implement improvement or corrective action plans as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
