About the Role

Lamprell is seeking a Structural Fabricator Foreman to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with significant experience in structural fabrication and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Role Overview

The Structural Fabricator Foreman will be responsible for overseeing fabrication activities, ensuring projects are completed to required standards and within established timelines. This position is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and quality control within the fabrication department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of structural fabricators.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all fabrication processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide fabrication tasks.
• Monitor progress of fabrication projects and address any issues that arise.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the fabrication team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in structural fabrication, with a significant portion in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of fabricators.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a full-time position located in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be available to join at short notice to meet project requirements.
