About the Role

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) is seeking a Fabricator to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves shaping and assembling high-quality metal structures, contributing to various projects with precision and craftsmanship. The Fabricator will play a vital part in the team, ensuring the successful completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform marking, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of steel components based on technical drawings and site requirements.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and basic isometric layouts accurately.
• Fabricate structural supports, plates, brackets, frames, chutes, guards, and other maintenance items.
• Support shutdown, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities across plant areas.
• Coordinate effectively with welders, fitters, and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed safely and on time.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and adhere to all plant safety procedures consistently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in cutting, shaping, and assembling various metal materials.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure components meet quality and safety standards.
• Capability to perform thorough inspections of fabricated pieces.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.
