About the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Supervisor - Water Sport to oversee daily operations, safety, and quality of water sports activities. This full-time, site-based operational leadership role involves coordinating instructors, managing guest activities, and ensuring equipment readiness within a luxury marine tourism environment. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and acts as a key link between the Water Sports Manager and frontline instructors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Water Sports Manager in daily management and operation of all water sports activities.
• Supervise water sports instructors and operational staff to ensure consistent delivery of safe and high-quality experiences.
• Coordinate daily activity schedules, guest allocations, and resource planning.
• Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and luxury service expectations.
• Oversee the daily execution of water sports activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor weather, sea conditions, and environmental factors to ensure safe operations.
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues, guest concerns, and safety incidents.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including activity logs and attendance.
• Assist in the setup of water sports facilities, equipment, and operational systems during pre-opening phases.
• Ensure safety is the highest priority, enforcing compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct routine safety checks and operational inspections of equipment and activity areas.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to instructors to ensure consistent service quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, safety standards, and guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in water sports operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in supervising operational staff.
• Strong understanding of water sports safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and guest flow effectively.
• Experience in maintaining accurate operational records.

Work Environment

This role operates within a luxury marine tourism and water sports environment. It requires flexibility to work outdoors, including weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons. The position involves active participation in live operations and guest-facing activities, with exposure to varying marine and weather conditions. The Water Sports Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences.
