Support and Deployment Engineer

Role Overview

The Support and Deployment Engineer will be responsible for deploying and configuring system architectures to ensure the proper implementation of security frameworks. This full-time role involves close collaboration with systems administrators and project team members to support system configuration and to establish and maintain efficient hardware and software deployments that meet project requirements. The position requires over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare for the following responsibilities:

• Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
• Support the deployment of applications developed by Azeus in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.).
• Execute the deployment of Azeus applications on client premises, including server and application software hardening and firewall policy setup.
• Identify and analyze system integration problems.
• Resolve server issues by identifying root causes and implementing immediate remedial actions.
• Formulate and implement corrective actions for recurring problems.
• Formulate and implement preventive actions to avoid future issues.
• Identify recurring tasks and recommend tools for automation.
• Provide on-call support for critical cases.

Experience
