Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the pre-opening team for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is based in the Red Sea region and involves building a high-performing team that aligns with Four Seasons’ service culture and brand values. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of People & Culture and will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to support the successful pre-opening and ongoing staffing of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for all operational and leadership positions across the resort.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with pre-opening timelines and workforce plans.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver timely, quality hires.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visa processes, and Four Seasons recruitment standards.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice through branding, job fairs, and networking initiatives.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in a pre-opening environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.

Work Type
