The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bischat is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote contract position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The specialist will play a direct role in supporting Bischat’s strategic growth by attracting and securing qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to accurately define role requirements and specifications.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate all interview logistics efficiently.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including crafting compelling job postings, leveraging social platforms, and promoting Bischat’s culture to attract diverse talent.
• Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized talent pipelines.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data analysis and market insights.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related human resources function. A foundational understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement is essential.
