About the Team Leader, SAP FICO Role

ARASCO is seeking a Team Leader, SAP FICO to manage the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) functions for customers and users. This role is responsible for facilitating the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact, adhering to agreed service levels and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware/software support, training, and special projects.
  • Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating special projects related to IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware/software purchases, system installation, backup, maintenance, and problem-solving.
  • Provide network and remote hardware/software support.
  • Maintain IT operation documentation, including hardware/software applications, support logs, and other related information.
  • Research and recommend network and server hardware and software.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot IT infrastructure logs, tracking the nature and resolution of problems.
  • Develop, manage, and test backup and recovery plans.
  • Support the execution of IT Business Continuity plans as set by IT Management.

Role Context

This is an office-based, full-time position. The Team Leader, SAP FICO will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure is required.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management, system support, and problem-solving within an SAP FICO environment.
