About the Role: Therapist - SPA

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Therapist - SPA to join its team. This full-time position involves providing professional spa, health, body, and wellness treatments in accordance with established protocols and certification standards. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa, health, body, and wellness treatments in accordance with established Spa protocols and recognized certification standards.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual guest needs, preferences, wellness history, allergies, and other relevant information.
• Conduct guest consultations prior to treatments to understand individual requirements and ensure a personalized, safe, and exceptional spa experience.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared, clean, well-equipped, and maintained in accordance with established Spa standards before receiving guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout treatment rooms and Spa areas in line with SOPs, sequence of service, and local regulations.
• Deliver all treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring proper preparation, consultation, treatment procedures, and aftercare are consistently followed.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used to support personalized service and ensure guest preferences are available for future visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Recognized certification in spa, health, body, or wellness treatments.
