About the Virtual Customer Service Representative Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers. Key Duties and Tasks

  • Collaborating effectively with team members in a remote environment and sharing feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
