About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Saudi National Waiter for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest service to create memorable dining experiences, extending beyond basic food service to encompass a comprehensive guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to manage orders and service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
• Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and contribute to the overall guest experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Adhere to all safety workplace guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, including menus.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
