Warehouse Data Entry Officer

About the Role

Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Officer to accurately record and process all material transactions within the ERP system. This full-time role involves ensuring precise data integrity for inbound and outbound movements, including packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions, and supporting routine inventory inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, including cycle counts and stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and alert relevant teams for reorder points.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production.
• Accurately and timely document all stock movements in the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and movement reports.
• Generate packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions.
• Reconcile inbound material movements with supplier invoices.
• Verify precise weights for all truck movements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the feed or agro-industrial sectors is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to maintain accurate stock levels using systematic methods.
• Capable of preparing and analyzing stock status, movement, and discrepancy reports.
• Experience in using inventory/warehouse management modules in ERP systems (*, D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of investigating inventory discrepancies or process issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Able to manage multiple stock requests and deliveries under tight schedules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
