Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group (شركة قمة الضيافة العقارية) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee comprehensive warehouse operations in Medina. This full-time role involves supervising personnel and ensuring efficient, safe storage of products, accurate inventory management, and continuous training and development of the warehousing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all relevant Warehousing & Logistics instructions to maintain controlled and consistent operations.
• Manage daily operations related to warehousing and logistics to ensure workflow continuity.
• Negotiate contracts and cultivate strong business relationships with key logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics flows to ensure the implementation of the most efficient transportation procedures and methods.
• Liaise with external suppliers, procurement, other warehouses, and stock users to understand and forecast material usage patterns.
• Control the movement of materials between various locations to optimize service levels and minimize corporate stock holding and associated costs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related logistics field. This experience should include supervising teams and managing inventory.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise warehouse operations and personnel effectively.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience in negotiating with logistics partners and managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to monitor and optimize logistics processes for efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The role involves working within a dynamic warehousing and logistics environment, focusing on operational excellence and team development.
