Well Test Supervisor

About the Role

Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking a Well Test Supervisor for a full-time position. This role requires extensive experience in well testing operations, with a focus on supervisory responsibilities and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee well testing operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Manage and supervise teams during exploration, appraisal, production testing, or flowback operations.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of well testing equipment, including separators, choke manifolds, ESD systems, and burner booms.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in well testing, with at least 8 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of well testing equipment, including separators, choke manifolds, ESD systems, burner booms, and associated SWT equipment.
• Proven experience in exploration, appraisal, production testing, or flowback operations.
• Excellent HSE and client-facing skills are essential for this role.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred, particularly on projects such as NAWCOD, SAWCOD, Unconventional Gas, or Offshore operations.
