Join SEGULA Technologies as an Operation & Maintenance Manager!

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage operations for hazardous waste offloading, storage, and incineration.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Assist in settling into the operational and maintenance organization and participate in employee recruitment.
Develop master work schedules that reflect capacities, manpower, and waste treatment delivery.
Establish and maintain operational budgets, ensuring expenditures are controlled.
Provide training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly operating reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Environmental fields.
810 years of experience in the hazardous waste and incineration industry with managerial responsibilities.
Proven experience in operational and maintenance planning activities.

Personal Attributes:

Strong team player and self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
