We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant who focuses on building strategic corporate relationships and achieving sustainable growth in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Your tasks will include managing the sales process from start to finish, assessing client needs, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure profitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and follow up until closing deals.
  • Coordinate with supporting teams such as Marketing and Operations.
  • Continuously assess customer satisfaction and work to enhance loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • دعم إعداد الاقتراحات الفنية والمالية للمناقصات ومشاريع التدريب.
  • مراقبة رضا العملاء، وجمع الملاحظات، والتوصية بتحسينات مستمرة.
  • تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي خلال اجتماعات العملاء، والمعارض، والمؤتمرات.
  • الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات العملاء محدثة.

المتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو الموارد البشرية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • تجربة سابقة في مبيعات B2B مطلوبة.
  • حد أدنى من سنة واحدة من الخبرة في استشارات التدريب، أو التعلم والتطوير، أو بيئة التدريب المؤسسي.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع العملاء من الشركات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (المملكة العربية السعودية، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، قطر، إلخ).
  • مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • إجادة في استخدام برامج MS Office (Excel، PowerPoint، Word)؛ تعتبر خبرة CRM ميزة.
