Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Khobar, KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful deal closure, across real estate offerings.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Present and promote international real estate projects to potential clients.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners to drive repeat business.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure agreements and successfully close deals.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Investment Advisory.
- Strong ability to generate clients through personal networks and relationships.
- Experience in handling deals and client negotiations.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong sales mindset.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
