Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and run the process line and equipment
- Achieve production targets by improving line efficiency
- Collect and report data on process control checks
- Conduct quality wall meetings and ensure hygiene standards
- Manage process workers and maintain good manufacturing practices
- Minimize energy consumption in production
Qualifications:
- At least an industrial training institute graduate (ITI)
- Basic communication skills
- Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing processing environment (waived for tertiary education)
