About the Role

Conjugate Consulting is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with strong expertise in environmental compliance, particularly within hydrocarbon and chemical complex environments. The role focuses on leading environmental management initiatives for major projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP).
Oversee waste minimization and effluent control programs.
Liaise with environmental regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards.
Manage operations related to effluent treatment, oily water separators, air emissions, and noise monitoring.
Develop and implement biodiversity, hazardous waste, and groundwater protection programs.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management.
Bachelor of Engineering (** or Bachelor of Technology (**** in Chemical Engineering, OR Master of Science (*** or Master of Technology (**** in Environmental Science/Engineering.
Proven experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for major projects.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including FMEnv, NESREA, and DPR/NUPRC.

Preferred Certifications

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
Accredited EIA Practitioner status.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working on significant projects within hydrocarbon and chemical complexes, requiring a proactive approach to environmental management and compliance.
