Role Overview: HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

Avensys Consulting is seeking an HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing, supporting, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a primary focus on the Employee Central and Recruitment modules. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruitment Management (RCM).
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user support tickets, and ensure data integrity within the platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, and custom reports to support HR and talent acquisition processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and recruiting workflows.
