Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co is seeking a Recovery Collection Section Manager to lead and oversee the company's collection and recovery operations. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and plays a crucial role in managing receivables and ensuring financial recovery across various insurance segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and strategic work planning for recovery collection supervisors, including ongoing coordination and follow-up across the company.
• Develop and implement effective plans for the collection of the company’s outstanding receivables.
• Formulate and enforce policies for claims escalation and establish necessary procedures for cases of client payment delays, in adherence to the established collection system.
• Monitor reimbursement transactions with other insurance companies, ensuring the timely collection and recovery of funds owed to the company.
• Coordinate effectively with all internal departments to fulfill the requirements of the collection department.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports related to collections and outstanding client balances to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the equitable and correct distribution of client-related tasks among team members.
• Allocate the annual collection targets among employees.
• Review technical records pertaining to reimbursements under settlement and those already collected.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in recovery and collections.

This is a full-time position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
