About the Opportunity

Ashraq Development Company, a prominent organization in the Eastern region, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager Municipal Assets & Services Portfolio. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and involves leading critical service delivery operations and portfolio management within the municipal sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and optimize the delivery of municipal assets and services, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. The Sr. Manager will drive strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency across all service delivery channels, leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality service provision and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, team management, and process optimization.
• Develop and implement service standards, protocols, and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain consistency across service delivery channels.
• Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, driving innovation and best practices to meet evolving customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for service staff, equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to deliver exceptional service and uphold organizational standards.
• Represent the service department in meetings, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for service excellence and fostering positive relationships.
• Lead and manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities to optimize performance.
• Compile detailed progress reports on team projects, highlighting milestones and challenges, to provide department heads with actionable insights for ongoing project management and direction.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess substantial experience in municipal asset and service management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record in leading service operations and managing teams effectively within a similar context.
