About the Role

Awan Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in digital marketing within the real estate sector.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing various digital advertising campaigns and platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing directly to the company's marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage advertising campaigns across real estate platforms, social media channels, and Google.
• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns while monitoring performance and results.
• Prepare and produce images, videos, and advertising content.
• Manage and continuously monitor digital accounts and platforms.
• Follow up on advertising licenses and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and influencers, and monitor the performance of contractual engagements.
• Prepare performance reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing.
• Experience in managing advertising campaigns and digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe programs: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition, and Firefly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report preparation, and official correspondence.
• Knowledge of modern AI tools used in marketing and content creation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on the real estate sector. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to achieve marketing objectives.
