Join the prestigious Rosewood AMAALA as a Content Creator! This role is pivotal in creating high-quality visual content that showcases our luxurious offerings through captivating storytelling. You will work closely with our Communications and Digital Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality photo and video content across various settings including rooms, villas, wellness, dining, and experiences.
  • Edit and produce content for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design branded digital and print assets, including social templates and promotional materials.
  • Support social media storytelling, campaigns, influencer content, and on-property activations.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Events, and Operations teams to support content needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design; luxury or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and perform outdoor shoots.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

أولاً: القيادة الاستراتيجية والتخطيط

- إعداد وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية العامة للشركة وخطط النمو والتوسع.

تنظيم العمل المؤسسي ووضع الهياكل والسياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية.

- توحيد الرؤية بين الأقسام المختلفة وضمان تكامل الأدوار وتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.


ثانياً: إدارة العمليات والتوريد

- الإشراف الكامل على عمليات الشراء والتوريد وضمان استمرارية توفر المنتجات الطازجة بشكل يومي.

- إدارة علاقات الموردين والمزارع وتحسين شروط التعاقد والتسعير.

- متابعة حركة السوق في أسواق الخضار والفواكه وتحليل الأسعار والمنافسة لاتخاذ قرارات شرائية مدروسة.

- تطوير وتحسين العمليات اللوجستية وأنظمة التخزين لرفع الكفاءة وتقليل الفاقد.

ثالثاً: إدارة المبيعات والتسويق

- الإشراف على إدارة المبيعات وخدمة عملاء التجزئة وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد معهم.

- وضع خطط تسويقية فعالة (تقليدية ورقمية) لتعزيز الحضور في السوق وزيادة الحصة السوقية.

- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء البيعي وتحليل النتائج لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.


رابعاً: الجودة والرقابة

- مراقبة جودة وسلامة المنتجات وفق الاشتراطات الصحية والبلدية.

- تطوير أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية.


خامساً: الإدارة المالية

- إدارة الميزانيات والتدفقات النقدية وضبط المصاريف.

- تحقيق أهداف الربحية وتحسين هامش الربح من خلال إدارة فعالة للتكاليف.

سادساً: إدارة الموارد البشرية

- قيادة وتطوير فريق العمل وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء والانضباط.

- تقييم الأداء وتحفيز الكوادر ورفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية.
