We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our accounts payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial control and managing vendor relationships.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our accounts payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial control and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounts payable team.
- Review and approve supplier invoices for proper documentation and authorization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
- Monitor aging reports to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving departments on purchase orders and invoice issues.
- Conduct month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
- Prepare insightful AP-related reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Support the preparation of financial statements with accurate AP data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CMA certification is a plus.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
