Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in retail operations or industrial equipment distribution.
  • Strong leadership skills and familiarity with ERP and POS systems.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cementing Operations Manager to lead our drilling services operations at Weatherford. This role is crucial in managing all cementing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all cementing jobs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of cement slurries, additive blending, and lab testing to achieve operational and well integrity goals.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of cementing units and related tools.
  • Supervise pre-job engineering activities and coordinate closely with drilling teams.
  • Monitor real-time job performance and make necessary operational adjustments.
  • Review post-job reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of cement and additives to avoid shortages.
  • Lead troubleshooting of operational issues and support training for engineers and field crews.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare tenders and client-specific solutions.
  • Manage budgets and cost control measures for financial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of cementing operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in P&L management within oilfield services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of cementing processes.
  • Fluency in English.

نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات ذو خبرة للإشراف على الإنتاج من البداية إلى النهاية، وتسليم المشاريع، وأنشطة إدارة العقود عبر أعمال المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقود جميع أنشطة تنفيذ المصنع والمشاريع، مع ضمان تسليم المخرجات في الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، وبمعايير الجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • القيادة التشغيلية عبر الأقسام: قيادة الأنشطة التشغيلية عبر قطاعات مختلفة بما في ذلك النجارة وإنتاج المعادن. تحويل التوجيهات إلى خطط تشغيلية منظمة.
  • الإشراف على الإنتاج: الإشراف على برامج الإنتاج اليومية للوفاء بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة مع حل التحديات وإدارة البائعين.
  • تسليم المشروع وتنفيذ الموقع: قيادة مديري المشاريع وتنفيذ أنظمة التحكم المنظمة لجميع المشاريع الجارية.
  • إدارة العقود والامتثال لـ FIDIC: ضمان الامتثال لجميع أحكام العقود وإدارة تفاعلات الفريق التجاري المتعلقة بجداول المشروع.
  • التخطيط، التنسيق الفني ودمج ERP: فرض أطر التخطيط وإدارة الإصدار في الوقت المناسب للوثائق الفنية.
  • الحوكمة التجارية والتكلفة: مراقبة التكاليف والتحقق من الأمور المالية للمشاريع.
  • الجودة، الامتثال والسلامة والصحة المهنية: فرض الامتثال للوائح السلامة وعمليات الجودة.
  • القيادة وإدارة القوى العاملة: بناء ثقافة عالية الأداء وتوجيه فرق المشروع.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، إلى جانب 12-18+ سنة في عمليات التجهيز/التصنيع مع تركيز قوي على إدارة المشاريع والامتثال لـ FIDIC. يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في سوق المملكة العربية السعودية.
