Join Our Team as a Sales Manager - Mining Equipment

SANY Group is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the mining equipment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the machinery manufacturing industry and play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for mining equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while increasing market share.
  • Provide expert knowledge of products including Wide Body Mining Dump Trucks, Rigid Mining Dump Trucks, Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT), and Road Headers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the KSA market.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in mining equipment.
  • Established customer network and understanding of the local market.
  • Must be available in Dammam.

Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand SUPCON’s business in Saudi Arabia, focusing on industrial automation and digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong local market knowledge, proven B2B sales experience in industrial sectors, and an established professional network. Candidates with a track record in process industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, water, and power will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPCs, system integrators, distributors, and industrial stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell industrial automation products and solutions including DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, and digital platforms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, define pricing strategies, and drive successful contract closures.
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting sales strategies proactively.
  • Work closely with technical support and solutions teams.
  • Represent SUPCON at major industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation or technology sectors.
  • Strong professional knowledge and existing customer base in the Saudi market is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements in industrial sectors such as oil & gas and petrochemicals.
  • Familiarity with automation systems and emerging digital/IoT applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the GCC.

  • Enhance market transparency and customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Analyze customer contracts and perform risk assessments to prepare for negotiations and implement appropriate measures.
  • Coordinate sales activities across various Siemens Energy factories, regional hubs, and local teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenues using CRM tools like ************

What You Bring
  • Relevant sales experience in servicing rotating equipment, particularly steam turbines and generators, within the oil and gas market.

  • Proficiency in both written and oral English, with Arabic language skills as an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and planning skills, and a flexible, confident approach to work.

  • Prior experience in direct customer interaction and the ability to communicate sales strategies internally and externally.
