We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Gulf Chemicals & Industrial Oils. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring sales workflows, improving processes, and ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales workflow and enhance processes.
- Coordinate schedules with Production & Transportation using the ORION system.
- Follow up on export sales documentation.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Manage customer portals such as ARAMCO, SABIC, and TASNEE.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
