Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet group coordinators/hosts prior to events, ensuring all arrangements meet their expectations.
- Analyze the banquet event order to gather important information regarding guest needs and event setup.
- Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements.
- Adhere to all safety, security policies, and procedures while reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards in guest interactions.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and work towards common goals.
- Perform physical tasks such as set up and breakdown of events, lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
